THE GIN DRINKER’S GIN !
Not much more to say than that.
In the early years of harvest, we had little use for the Fruburgunder which is our Precose (early ripening) Pinot varietal. We planted it to give us some versatility in the wine making process but, given our single varietal stance that we later developed, it meant that we had a small crop that we could use as a gauge for both vineyard progress and a route to other products.
As a family we had always been gin and tonic drinkers, but never really subscribed to the seemingly endless (and indeed often wondrous) array of artisan editions; rather preferring a classic juniper and citrus approach. It was also apparent that this sector was being mainly represented by more industrially-made supermarket spirits; and thus Coolhurst Falcon Gin was born.
Crafted by our Horsham-based distillery partner with all the care and attention afforded to small batch artisanal offerings, but without the ultra-premium price tag, Falcon Gin comes in a beautiful 100% recycled bottle.
Best served over ice with a neutral flavoured tonic (like Schweppes) and a slice of lemon, its tasting notes are just what we want them to be. Clean, refreshing, citrus and juniper; no mucking about!

We currently only deliver to mainland UK. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving an order. Delivery within the UK costs £12.99. There is no additional charge for multiple orders (6 bottle cases or singe bottle gift boxes) going to the same address. Can be part of a mixed case in any quantity.
